Australian Order and Deliveries
Deliveries to Australian destinations are currently shipped
with Australia Post using the postage service of your
selection, this being either Express Post or Parcel Post.

DO NOT SAFE DROP
All packages are dispatched with an approved Postage label
provided by Australia Post
which ensures that your package is ‘Do Not ‘Safe Drop’ if
you are not available to collect your parcel.
Your order will be delivered to an Australia Post
outlet for your collection. You will be advised by a card in
your mailbox when and where parcels are available for
collection.

Terms and conditions of delivery by Australia Post vary from
time to time and are beyond our control.

TRACKING NUMBERS
We are only able to track Express Post packages with
Tracking Numbers provided. Parcel Post is a regular service,
and does not have the ‘tracking’ service ability.
DISPATCH OF ORDERS DAY BY DAY
If orders are placed and prepaid before midday (NSW) we will
usually dispatch them the same day.
This applies for Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and
Thursday. All orders on these days received after 12pm
will be dispatched the following business days.
All orders received midday and afterwards on Thursday are
dispatched on Friday. However, it is fair to point out that
if the package is sent out on Friday, you may not receive it
until the following week because of the weekend. Timing of your delivery will
depend on the final destination of your address and
Australia Post.
All orders received from and including Friday (after 12pm), Saturday,
Sunday, and including Monday are all dispatched on Monday,
being the next ‘business day’. Please
remember that a Public Holiday does not count as a business
day.
PUBLIC HOLIDAYS
Wherever an order is received on a Public Holiday, the order
will be dispatched on the next business day that Australia
Post is operating.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
Estimated delivery times: Australia Post delivery times are
usually from two to four days for populated areas of QLD,
NSW, VIC and SA, five days for TAS and seven for Perth and
Darwin suburbs. Remote and isolated areas of Australia can,
of course, be expected to take longer.
Within NSW 1-5 working days for your order to arrive.
Outside NSW 2-10 working days for your order to arrive.
Please also note that some rural destinations may take
longer than time specified here.
POSTAGE PROTECTION
All Coffee Shape boxes are protected in an outer box.
ENSURE FULL AND COMPLETE ADDRESS
As the customer we expect that you will
provide us with a full and complete delivery address. We
will not take any responsibility if a parcel is dispatched
using an incorrect address supplied by you.

MISSING PARCELS – PROCESS FOR COMMUNICATION
If you do not receive your parcel/s, or one or more are
missing within these estimated times please wait an extra
day or two before contacting us. Initially notify us by
email at

(please include a copy of your receipt)
Include a first preference email and a telephone number
where we can contact you. We will advise you of our progress
tracking the missing articles. We will typically ask
you to wait 5 to 10 days prior to consider replacing your
order (this is to allow for Australia Post to find your
articles).
We will ask you to complete a form for our internal
auditing as well as include a copy of a utility bill to
verify your address to correspond to your Coffee Shape order.
REPLACEMENT ITEMS
Replacement items will be dispatched at our discretion after
we have made reasonable tracking attempts. We do not
guarantee that that replaced item will be dispatched. Each
matter will be assessed on a case by case basis.
We will not take responsibility if you do not receive your
order, for the grounds on incorrect mailing address details
on the order.
P.O. Box versus Street Address
In the event you do not have a PayPal
account you will find that they system will not allow you to
only use a P.O. Box to process your order. You will be able
to process an order even if you are not a PayPal account
holder.
In the event that you wish to have
your package sent to a P.O.Box, we request that you proceed
with your PayPal order, even if you do not have a PayPal
account, and insert a street address. After you have
completed processing your order and you have a receipt
number, please send Coffee Shape an email requesting us to
do a manual adjustment to your address for the order. Please
send your manual address adjustment email to
belinda@slimminggreencoffee.com. Be sure to include:
Your full name for the order Your street address for the
order Your preferred P.O.Box for the order Your
receipt Number
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
All orders are dealt with immediately. If you believe
you have made an incorrect purchase, you may be able to
cancel your order within 1 (one) hour of placing your order.
Outside of this time your order will have entered into the
‘handling and dispatch system’ and we will not be able to
acknowledge a cancellation for you.
If you would
like to cancel your order within 1 (one) of placing your
order, please send an urgent email to
contactus@slimminggreencoffee.com with a subject title
ORDER CANCELLATION URGENT. Please add your receipt to aid in
this process.
ARE MY DETAILS SECURE?
Yes! All the information we ask for when you place your
order is essential for us to process your order and provide
you with a follow up email. We use the latest SSL encryption
(128 bit) technology to ensure all your details are kept
secure. We do not sell, rent or otherwise pass on any of
your details to other parties.
SAMPLE SACHETS
Coffee Shape Slimming Green Coffee is listed on the
Therapeutic Goods Register of Australia. Unfortunately, with
this in mind we are bound by the code which states that
‘samples ar not offered’. Full consent of the precautions
associated with health conditions to use Coffee Shape are
required by the customer before proceeding with a purchase,
either online or using the call centre. We do not sell
sample sachets.
Did you want a sample sachet
to Taste Coffee Shape before you buy? Coffee
Shape Slimming Green Coffee is made of two types of Coffee
beans. Green Coffee and Roasted Coffee. Green Coffee is what
holds the unique weight loss property, chlorogenic acid. It
is unique in its flavour – it could be viewed as strong for
some people, but it’s the component of coffee which drives
the results. This is why roasted coffee beans are added to
the blend in order to enhance the flavour of Coffee Shape.
You can always add sugar and/or milk to Coffee Shape to
enhance your drinking enjoyment.
Did you want
a sample sachet to see if you have any results from Coffee
Shape before you buy? Even if we were able to
send you one or two sachets you would not be able to see any
results in this short time frame. All individuals are
different, and you would need to consume 14 sachets on
consecutive days, together with a healthy diet, regular
exercise and up to 3 litres of water every day, before you
would be able to see any results.
The precautions
are:
Individuals with any one or more of the
following conditions should not consume Coffee Shape
Slimming Green Coffee. Individuals with Cardiac problems,
High Blood Pressure, Diabetes; a pregnant woman; a lactating
mother; a child of 16 years of age or under.
New Zealand Order and Deliveries
New Zealand orders are processed within 2 business days of
receiving the order. Orders are sent using Australia Post
International Registered Post. Orders will arrive usually in
3 working days.

Costs will vary from destination to destination and shipping service
selected.
You will be billed in Australian Dollars including any
currency exchange charges (for orders going through our
Australian site).
Due to ongoing identity and credit card theft there are some
countries from which we cannot accept payment with credit
card. In these circumstances it will be necessary to
transfer the full payment into our Australian bank account
prior to order processing. |
