Order process
 
An offer is made when you place the order for your products. As you go through the order process there are also a series of instructions. We will not be bound however unless and until we accept your offer.

We take payment from your card at the time you process your order online .

We will send to you an e-mail to acknowledge your order has been processed by Paypal, if you enter a correct e-mail address. Otherwise you will not be able to receive an order confirmation.

Unless we have notified you that we do not or cannot accept your order or you have cancelled it, order acceptance will take place.
 
All orders that you place on this website will be subject to acceptance in accordance with the above clause of these terms and conditions.

It is your responsibility to process your order with a complete and correct name, address, email and phone details.
 
The purchase of goods is subject to availability.
We do not file details of your order for you to subsequently access and therefore please print out these terms and conditions and the order acknowledgement for your own records. You may leave a message and a business executive will make contact with you to discuss any matter which needs resolution within 2 business days of receipt of your call.
 

Delivery
Currently, orders can only be delivered from www.slimminggreencoffee.com.au  nywhere in the world, except to the European Union where orders can be processed from www.coffeeshape.eu and www.coffeeshape.co.uk  and Asia from www.coffeeshapeasia.com . 
 

Returns
By purchasing the product, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the terms and conditions for sale of CoffeeShape Slimming Green Coffee.  No exchange or refund will be made upon an order being taken from you, which infers that you have purchased the Coffee Shape Slimming Green Coffee product with full knowledge and acceptance of health warning and that you are a suitable candidate to use the CoffeeShape Slimming Green Coffee on a daily basis as suggested in the directions for use.  Terms and conditions refer to the CoffeeShape Slimming Green Coffee product is unsuitable for children under 16 years of age, People suffering from high blood pressure, cardiac problems, or diabetes, or are pregnant or a nursing mother.

No refund or replacement will be facilitated if you do not like the product or taste. No refund will be offered if you do not use the product in conjunction with all recommended advice, that being use Coffee Shape as a tool with a healthy energy controlled diet, regular exercise and drink 3 litres of water. Use only as directed. Always read the label.

GFG Life controls and operates www.slimminggreencoffee.com.au from its headquarters in Sydney. GFG Life is the exclusive online reseller/distributor of Coffee Shape Slimming Green Coffee. You are entirely responsible for compliance with applicable local laws, including but not limited to the export and import regulations of other countries in relation to the Materials. These Terms will be governed by the laws of Australia, without regard to the choice or conflicts of law provisions of any jurisdiction. If any provision of these Terms is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be contrary to law, then such provision(s) shall be construed, as nearly as possible, to reflect the intentions of the parties, with all other provisions remaining in full force and effect. THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS DO NOT IN ANY WAY AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS.

Shipping

1.     All orders placed through www.slimminggreencoffee.com.au are subject to confirmation and acceptance by Coffee Shape Slimming Green Coffee.

2.      Coffee Shape Slimming Green Coffee may vary prices in the event of price changes. If Coffee Shape Slimming Green Coffee requests payment for increased prices, you may cancel the order by giving notice to Coffee Shape Slimming Green Coffee, which must be received within 24 hours of the announcement of the increase and request being made of you.

3.     Coffee Shape Slimming Green Coffee delivers the products you order to the address you specify in your order, within the agreed time frame of dispatch within two business days of receipt of your order, subject to their availability. Where the products are not available you will be notified of this by Coffee Shape Slimming Green Coffee as soon as possible. Anyone at the delivery address who receives the products will be presumed by Coffee Shape Slimming Green Coffee to be authorised to receive the products.

4.     Coffee Shape Slimming Green Coffee uses Australia Post for delivery with the following services available:

•   Express Post across Australia.  This fee is a subsidised amount and allows for tracking of customer parcels.
• International Registered Post outside of Australia.

5.     In the rare instance of an order’s dimension weight (physical size of package) is greater than the actual weight an added postage fee may apply, which we will discuss with you and gain your written permission to go ahead.

6. GFG Life uses 'Do not Safe drop' red stickers for Australian orders so that a parcel is never left at an address if there is no one at the residence to accept it. A Post Office 'Collection Card' will be left for the customer to collect the parcel at their convenience.

DISPATCH TIMES

All orders are processed within 2 business days of receipt of your order.

All orders are shipped via Australia Post and may arrive within 2 – 10 days after dispatch. The date of dispatch will vary depending on order receipt and stock availability. Overseas orders are sent via regular international registered airmail and, depending on destination, delivery can take from 5 to 10 working days after dispatch. Please ensure your delivery address is correct.
